Terms and Conditions: This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Due to high demand, payment must be received in full to secure the pitch. A Confirmation of booking will be issued after payment is received.

In the event of Cancellation, we regret that no refunds will be made.

By signing this agreement, you are committing to the following terms of Tamworth’s Pride Stall and Vendor Policy.

• Stall allocation is done on a first come first served basis, however in the event that we have more stall applications than plots to allocated then priority will be given to those organisations who have previously supported Tamworth Pride and/or have a track record of equality and supporting the LGBTQ+ Community.
• You agree to stay for the full duration of the advertised event unless by pre-agreement with the organisers.
• You will adhere to the set up and close down instructions.
• No Pride related merchandise will be sold or donated from your stall unless expressly pre-agreed with the event organisers.
